A film with a killer turkey is always going to be one to watch, just for the uniqueness of it and a few laughs amid the gore.
ThanksKilling is basically just that. And that's not a bad thing.
It's basic, and it knows it. There are some truly stupid scenes in this movie, for example, a character thinks the turkey is her father - the turkey is wearing the father's face as a mask. Yep. It's stupid, but entertaining in a so-bad-it's-good way.
The film doesn't skimp on the gore, although it is pretty scheap looking, I must say. It also has some gratuitous nudity, which does help this movie if you're into that. For example, right at the start, the movie opens with a pair of breasts filling the screen.
It's a really low-quality movie, but it's an entertaining watch, which also doesn't overstay it's welcome. The acting is also bad, but goes with the qualiity of the overall film. I had quiate a bit of fun with this movie.
