Curse of the Puppet Master

The 6^th and not the final puppet master film, is one of the best entries in the franchise. It scraps the little gore mantra that the 4^th and 5^th films had and loads this film with gory scenes, and I mean over-the-top gory scenes. Blood flies everywhere. And series fans will love that. The puppets are good and the actings good and so are the characters, again, they are completely new to us. It’s all fine, except for a weird plot twist at the end and a VERY shocking climax! I can’t believe it climaxes like a TV episode, even worse actually than a tv episode. It just stops, goes dark. I wanted more, not an abrupt ending like that. It’s so sad because up until the it was so great and you were building up interest for how it was going to finish. And it destroyed it. It’s so over-the-top that it’s even more bonkers than a powr rangers episode. So, u until the it playes like an adult horror slasher, then it changes pace and becomes a childrens daytime tv show episode, alas with a lot of screaming. It ends really darkly as well. It’s not a fun ending if yo cared for the characters. It’s nowhere near a happy ending. All in all, I recommend this film, up until the endd it is better than 4 and 5 and I really hoped that they would have done it better, but oh well, it’s worth it except for the end.
