Jackals is a 2017 horror where a family take their son back home, only for the cult the son had been embroiled in to reemerge on the family's doorstep demanding the son back to them.
If you like home-invasion horror movies, then you'll like Jackals, which has some very atmospheric scenes. I really liked how the cultists looked, especially the leader looked menacing. It's also a fairly short movie, running for about an hour 25 minutes. It doesn't really have a lot of fat in it's story and gets quickly down to business. The characters were interesting and it was fairly unpredictable as to who lived and who died. Jackals is a good little horror movie.
