Ghost in the Shell (2017) Review

I finally sat down to watch the full movie, of which I had only seen only a couple of minutes worth.

Ghost in the Shell (2017) is a sci-fi thriller about Major, a cyborg, who is used as a weapon.

First things first, the world Major inhabits is breathtaking. It's really well-realised and I can easily see frames of the movie being paused just to admire the background. It is very detailed and the visual effects are great.

The plot did enough to hold my attention but was a bit cliched and predictable. That's not a bad thing though in this movie, because I enjoyed it.

The main draw is the action, and it is well-choreographed and really fun. It's a fun overall movie.

I highly recommend it.
